All mail should be conveyed by US Postal Assistance. If mail is sent by another messenger, it will be won't.

To meet all requirements for an appearance you should initially be on your detainee's endorsed appearance list. Visiting hours are weekends, Fridays, and Mondays and Occasions between 10:30am-7:30pm.
