Just like many other city jails throughout the great state of Kansas, the Sterling Jail currently is not with the times. There is no inmate list available on the web.
If you need information on an inmate who you suspect to be in the Sterling Jail, you will be obligated to call them at the phone number provided.
Sending a Mail/Care Package
The Sterling Jail does not keep inmates for very long. Most of the time within a few days to a few hours the inmates who are going to be heading to trial and who could not post bail will be sent off to the Rice County Jail.
This means inmates are not allowed to get packages and/or mail.
Sending Money
As previously mentioned about inmates leaving within a few hours to a few days, inmates when they are in the Sterling Jail will not need any funds. You will need to wait until they get to the county jail.
