If you need information on an inmate who you suspect to be in the Franklin Jail, you will be obligated to call them at the phone number provided.
Sending a Mail/Care Package
The Franklin Jail does not keep inmates for very long. Most of the time within a few days to a few hours the inmates who are going to be heading to trial and who could not post bail will be sent off to the Johnson County Jail.
This means inmates are not allowed to get packages and/or mail.

As previously mentioned about inmates leaving within a few hours to a few days, inmates when they are in the Franklin Jail will not need any funds. You will need to wait until they get to the county jail.
